It means Carthage have copy from Alexander the Great's army. And i know Carthage and Macedonia was good friendship, since they hate Rome from 227 BC.......and Hannibal & Philip V made form allianse from 215 BC, but not much good change, after Rome control IIlyria and it stoped Philip V to try and send in Italy and support Hannibal's army in Italy.

The history mean Numidian Light Cavalry have both good scout before the battle start....

Spanish Heavy Cavalry have possible many fights again Rome and Carthage in history, so they could be a good experience to battle......

May reason any peoples are good to throw small stone against horses and soldiers as hits....But they are not the good soldiers, just scout and easy soldiers from Spain....
