I took a little time this weekend to work on version 0.1.2 and it is almost done (assuming I don't find any more issues with the new code). Fixed most of the bugs I know of, and "AI" behavior has been somewhat changed leading to more interesting conquest patterns, I think (barbarian nations will now "settle" in a province when on the map and expand from that base). Also changed the build costs to depend on the romanization percentage (which I think gives more interesting decisions when building).
Time to start the wish list for any new changes in the next version.
